PR's all around. This was a good day. Some of these I hadn't tried in a while. All are old friends. I am so much stronger now than before.
I moved where I was doing my ring dips for JT so the cord was longer than before. I also did 15 HSPU on my first set before having to break the set up. My best in this from before was 8 - a long time ago and I don't think I was tapping my forehead every rep like I am now. I forgot the push ups for JT so my time is a bit skewed - but I think I still would have got a big PR if I had done them.
I want to try for a 405# deadlift again in about 2 weeks.
