With a continuous clock - 20 seconds workout followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 sets of pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats.

Pull ups: 13, 13, 8, 5, 4, 4, 4,4 = 55
Push ups: 18, 21, 15, 12, 9, 8, 9, 8 = 100
Sit ups: 9, 13, 11, 11, 9, 10, 9, 12 = 84
Squats: 20, 19, 16, 16, 14, 16, 20, 17 = 138
