Last time I did this workout was 11/23/2009 (A little higher on the boxes and a lot more time). Apparently I didn't listen to myself from 6 years ago when I said it was a brutal, nasty workout.  210 reps and sweat all over.  Much faster than last time, not sure if it was the height or me being better or both...
