I missed my Pr by 14 seconds. This does not make me happy. I felt really tired going in to this and everything including the Deadlifts really got me today. Tomorrow is my first morning run in a long time and then rest day at night. I am going to start 3 days a week doing morning runs. I figure I used to run every day and now that I am in really good physical shape, I want to start doing more of it. I think the morning runs will just be a wake up and go - not for time, not sprinting or specific workouts.

I hate it when you miss a PR by seconds. I missed a PR in filthy 50 by 11 seconds i was pissed off! keep working hard. Don't sweat it, you will nail it next time around.
