Morning:
Run 1 Mile
More of a morning jog than a morning run. It was a slow paced run, not timed. Just enough to help loosen my legs up.
Night:

10 Bench Press @ 175# (Bodyweight)
25 Sit ups
3x
10 Shrugs + 10 calf raises @ top of shrug + 10 second hold @ 90-95-100#
10 Side bends (each side) @ 50-55-60#
This was going to be a rest day but I felt like going in and doing non-crossfit stuff.
Burpee Ladder Day 182
18 Burpees
Did my burpees on Thursday. I forgot until I was half asleep. I don't know how you forget to do something that you have done every day for over 5 months. But I did. oh well.
