7x10 Pull ups
Time to get crazy. I did the Crossfit WoD 2 weeks ago (10 rounds 15 deadlifts @ 135# and 15 push ups) and it felt like I had permanent muscle spasms in the backs of my legs. 2 weeks of this with one workout between then and now (10 rounds 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 sit ups). I meant to go lighter weights but threw that out the window because I thought I could do this WoD.
