Back and forth...

I did a run last week and a physical. I got sick and have been getting better. I have been playing some golf and I helped my brother-in-law move.

I did the Crossfit WoD today, well, late tonight. I am weak.

Pull ups, on the minute. Add one every minute.

Not even close to my PR. I need to work hard to get back into this again.
