10x 10 Pull Ups through the day

My schedule is crazy now. I am now going to do most of my workouts in the early AM switching between good quick interval cardio and crossfit or crossfit style quick and nastys. I am making it a point to do pull ups every time I pass my pull up bar or by making up games to play with them.
