Burpees on the minute, once out rest 1 minute then push ups on the minute.
Looks like:
Minute 1 - 1 Burpee
Minute 2 - 2 Burpees
Minute 3 - 3 Burpees
etc... to failure
1 minute rest
Minute 1 - 1 Push Up
Minute 2 - 2 Push Up
Minute 3 - 3 Push Up
etc... to failure
14 Rounds + 12 Burpees
117 Total
26 Rounds + 26 Push Ups
377 Push Ups
My arms are done. I just missed out on 27 rounds of push ups. I went down but just wasn't able to push back up.
