Not a PR but a tough workout. I was happy that I didn't break up a single set, no kipping on my dips or pull ups. I think my rowing was holding me back here - getting in and out of the rower and my speed. I am stronger and faster than last year when I did this, but it is hard hitting a PR when rowing. I feel like I try to focus on specific things and other items fall to the wayside - in this case rowing. Its been a while. Time to add rowing back in, I hope I can keep a good balance and continue to work everything else.
