1/2 "Cindy" - for rounds - 13 + 5 pull ups + 8 push ups
As many sets in 10 minutes as possible:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Bike 8 miles - 31 minutes
Cindy was good. I wanted to do more cardio today so I modified Cindy to half. I felt like I was really moving.
