Last time I did Fran was over 6 minutes, this old PR was from February. I was pretty happy with the time considering the "Big Five 55" from yesterday and the work I have done this week.
I broke Peter today without trying. The Sprawl Ball was supposed to be a partner workout and I got him doing 1 1/2 rounds with me on it.
