First time putting it all together. This was a great hard workout. I probably could have done a little more but I spent the last few days doing a lot of squats and lunges and the day before I did 50 weighted pull ups with 45#. I'm still very pleased with the result. My old PR Was 426.

Wow!!! Awesome job on the Tabata, I hate tabatas but they feel good when you are done. I am planning to do this one soon as well.
