The last 2 rounds of weighted work was horrible. I pushed through so much to get this done. I have done a lot of squats and swings over the last few days. This was tough. I have made some dumb workouts in my time, and this is right up there with the worst of them.

First time doing this type of Russian twist. It was tough at that weight (45# bar + 45# Plate) but I'm not sure if I was working the core as much as my arms.
