110 Reps total (2 rounds at each rep including 10). This was a tough workout. Renegades were Push UP/Row Right/Row Left. This is my first time doing Renegades at this weight. I did this workout a long time ago at a much lower weight and didn't time it. Biking home from the gym, my legs were spent.
