50 Mountain Climbers

50 Bleacher Toe Touches

1 hour rest then Gym

Lunges (each side) @ 115#
Pull Ups

Track workout was a good leg blasting day. The lunges were done with a barbell across my shoulers (back squat position). I wanted to time this but we didn't have the room. Reps for lunges were each side not total.
