I love these box jump + push ups variation workouts. I'm starting to get these things really knocked out. It always feels strange to start the second round with the 24" box jump after doing 42" right before that. I think next time I'm going to increase this to 3 rounds.
I am trying to work in new lifts, more lifts, more weight. Went over the Dead Clean with Peter, did form work, light weight then did a good 5 rep clean.
These burpups are getting fun. Since I'm on vacation all next week, its going to be interesting getting these burpups done. I have a pull up bar (Iron Gym) that is going with me to the cabin. I may have to do a variation of these for the week - like a regular burpee to a jumping pull up since my pull up bar won't be high enough to really get me a good burpup.
