I had so much more planned but this workout was brutal. I did the 4x crashed, did a few burpups, continued to sweat all over the gym. Did a few more - kept sweating all over the gym. Ran out of time. We didn't time this workout because we were using treadmills for the running and I didn't want to make it more awkward - so we just did it as fast and as hard as we could. Pukie the Clown was starting to show by the end - he didn't make an appearance, but he thought about it.
Half way through the days for the Burpup challenge - not close to halfway for total number of burpees.
I bought mountain bikes today - cheap, used, something to use on our trip next week.
