I ran the firs mile in 8:02. I was sprinting the last 300 meters and just missed breaking 8 minutes. That feels so go to be able to do this. I really think I will be down to 7-7:15 mile in the next 6 months or so.

great work on the mile run! I think you can get around 7:15 in less than six months the rate you are going. You should try this workout... it got my mile time down in a hurry just doing it once...
