Burpee Challenge day 6

First time doing Fight Gone Bad. Should have started with a 3 rounder but this just felt right.

That 7 sets of 50 broke me. I am really sore right now. The burpees holding a 20# ball were rough - but really great to knock those out.

Burpee Challenge burpees were done as soon as I finished my last set of sit ups.
