Burpee Challenge Day 7 (Did this on my way out the door at work)

After my test tonight, I decided I had too much energy and went to the gym.

21-18-15-12-9 (added 6-3) - Timed - 15:12 (to 9), 16:52 (to 3)
165# Squats (21&18 were front squats, the rest were standard squats)
Slap Pushups (Slap chest instead of clap)

Timed - 5:15
50 Deck Squats w/ 20# ball

This was supposed to be a front squat workout. I have never done front squats at this weight and my wrists were really sore. Back squats were much easier to do on my arms and I was able to knock those reps out pretty quick. I think the Deck Squats did me in. I really felt like I was moving. I had to break the set a few times, but kept pushing through the hurt.
