50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Dumbbell swings @ 35#
50 Walking Lunge Steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20# ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
First time doing the actual Filthy Fifty. Jumping pullups were tough, only got toes to touch so it was more pullup than jump. I had a lot of running around at the gym to get all this in. Wasted a lot of time that way.
