Five Rounds for time - 35:00
20 Pull-ups 
30 Push-ups 
40 Sit-ups 
50 Squats 
*3-minute rest after each round*

Last time I did this, was 9/11/2009.  I was doing chin ups with no full extension, regular sit ups and probably not going full RoM on my squats. This time, I did full pull ups, crossfit sit ups and full RoM.  Missed my PR from 2009 by about 5 minutes but I'm ok with that with better form.
