Scott - 21-15-9 done with 2x20#, last Split Squat done with 2x20 (others with no weight) and Good Mornings with 2x20#.
Kira - Skipped sit ups


Crossfit:

Timed: 25:40 (Capped at 25, I had 3 thrusters left, I flopped over for about 10 seconds, then decided to finish)
