Countdown from 10 reps of each
Piston Press @ 2x 55# dumbbell on exercise ball
Goblet Squat @ 70#
Box jump @ 30" box
Deadlift @ 185#
Pull up

Run up Mt. MoFo sucked. Nasty, ugly hill.

I can't believe now long it has been since I did this Big Five 55 workout. Two deadlift days in a week. Same weight both times, same reps. Good times.
