Bike 17 Minutes, about 5 miles – Cool Down

It was nice to beat another PR. It really shows where I have come from. This 300 workout was one I first did a few months after I started working out. It took me the better part of 40 minutes and I thought I was great then. This really is a benchmark workout for me.
