This was a good day. My forearms are done. Grip failure on my last set of deads.
2nd day this week doing the Crossfit main WoD. Good times. Second part of the workout was taken from Oceanside Crossfit. I dropped 10# off it to compensate for my forearm fatigue.
Night: 15 Strict Pull Ups on a thick bar (water pipe)
