Interesting way to do a ladder. Same exercise + static hold for the other exercise. Looked like 10 reps, 10 second hold, 9 reps, 9 second hold, etc...
First time doing HSPU in almost 2 months. Felt good doing it, but sore. Did these on my knuckles also.
Last set of Weighted incline situps was overhead with the weight.
