Missed my PR by almost 3 minutes. I don't know how. I had a lot of extra transition time here but I never broke any of my sets like I had to do last time. Odd. Oh well, it was a butt kicker of a workout either way that left me a sore sweaty mess. Subbed Knuckle push ups instead of push ups.
