Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45#
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20#
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

This week has been really rough. I think my lungs still aren't 100% from being sick. Burpees and Push Press really bothered my wrist. I worked harder these last few days than I remember working last time doing these workouts and missed my PRs. I'll try this again soon after I think I'm back to 100%.
