Notes - This was a big change in the WoD for me. I did 33 Lunges instead of 30 like I did last time. Added an extra 18 (21 including the final set) lunges to the workout. And I still got a PR. By a lot.

Push ups were on my knuckles because my wrist is still hurting. My first set of 50 was unbroken. I think this may be the first time in my life doing 50 straight push ups - not to mention knuckle push ups. By the time I finished my third set, I was at complete muscle failure.

All this because the pool was closed today and I didn't get a lunch swim in.
