Cleans were tough. That was a lot of weight for me to put up 55 times. I need to do these more - add it to my Dead Lifts, Squats, etc...

cleans and snatches help so much. Moving heavy weight fast helps increase your work capacity. You should find some bumper plates if you don't have access to any.
