Manmakers were brutal. First time doing them at this weight. I want to really start adding more weight to my lifts and workouts. This is my 5th time doing these and I have never gone over 35# - I can't be complacent with my workouts. I'm going to film these soon and post them to the web.

I tied my PR for weighted Pull Ups. Those were really tough. I had never done max weight weighted dips. This was a huge gain from where I thought I would be.

man makers are the worst thing on this planet besides obesity.... great job! You should film your workouts and post them, its a great way to see how your technique looks and how you can adjust your intensity.
