Tabata Something Else - rx'd

With a continuous clock - 20 seconds workout followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 sets of pull ups, push ups, sit ups and squats.

My legs are ruined. I have done squats 4 days straight - for time, 1-leg, for reps/weight and now for reps. I was cramping really good today. Tomorrow is going to be an awesome rest day.

Tabata - I beat my Pull Up reps. Squats killed me. I was cramping up the whole after and during almost every set. I think with a little rest of my legs I will crush this total score.
