60 minute evening walk on the beach.

Annie - I had some equipment and pet issues when running Annie. My cat got in the way of the rope on the 40s and I had to keep moving my mat on the sit ups so I wasn't in the bushes.

Mary - This was my first time doing 1-leg squats AND doing Mary. It felt really good.
