Gil, thanks for the idea for the Tabata HSPU. Good stuff.

For the back extensions, I did the first 3 sets with the 25# against my chest, the last 2 sets, I put it behind my head. That hurt.

I'm not sure I could have lifted my legs too many more times on that damn stair master. I was sweating, going about 3/4 the pace I usually go. That extra 20# was brutal.

It was really nice today to get away from the same run/push ups/pull up/sit up/squat routine I was in working out from home the last few days. On that note, more running tomorrow.
