Morning:
Run. Did just shy of 1.5 miles. Its starting to get easier running in the morning. I really feel like its taking me 3/4-1 mile to really get loose. My pace really increased today about this point.

Night:
5x
50 Squats
40 Sit ups
30 Push ups
20 Lunges
10 Pull ups
I had to break the 3rd-5th set of squats and all sets of sit ups. Other exercises all unbroken. This was brutal after doing Angie last night.
