Played Racquetball for about 60 minutes today.

We played "for penalties". Each serve, the server called what the penalties were and whoever lost that serve had to do the exercise. Exercises included push ups, sit ups, suicides, star jumps, bear crawls, wind sprints, high knees, push ups in all corners of the court with a sprint to each one, bicycle sit ups, squats, burpees. I'm sure there were more and it felt like I did most of them.

Came home, had a snack went back to the gym for workout.
