Rest Day - Family time
It was an odd week for me with family in town, visiting family our of town. It was a really good time for me to get my rest in as my knees needed a break. I will be back at it hard tomorrow.

Glad to hear you took some days off to recover and spend time with the fam. Since you will be coming back tomorrow are you interested in a little challenge? ...

"this will be a 30 day challenge. a burpup (or burpee to pull up) is a combination of a burpee and a pull up. to perform a burpup you execute a burpee under a pull up bar. at the end of the burpee during the jumping phase you use that momentum from the jump to complete a pull up for 1 rep.
we will perform an additional +2 burpups everyday. so on june 1st you will do 2 burpups, then on june 2nd you perform 4 burpups, on the 3rd you perform 6 burpups, and so on....... until on day 30 you perform 60 burpups.
if you start late or miss a day you will be able to buy in by executing all of the previous days missed burpups in order to keep up with the overall daily challenge total.
