First set of 21 HSPU was unbroken. That was a first for me and it felt really good. The burpees were brutal after JT and yesterdays burpees and regular workout. This was my first time doing a tabata run and it felt really good. 20 seconds full sprint and 10 rest. I thought I was going to fall off at the end. This was a great way to tabata and interval train.

This was all after a PR in a really hard upper body workout with JT.
