I am still out of shape from the flu. My Jackie time really suffered from this as well as my lack of pull ups recently. First time doing Jackie. I hope to knock at least 2 minutes off this time when I am healthy and back in my pull up rhythm.I was wiped out from 10 burpees. I was really sucking wind after box jumps.
