Did burpees after midnight - so, early this morning. I can't seem to kick this cold. Stayed home today. I think this is it for me today.
First time ever doing that much weight on Renegade Rows. Most I had ever done was 35#. I really upped the weight and cut the reps down. Awesome. Hurt.
Pull ups. Usually I do chin ups and don't go completely down to guard my shoulder. These were strict, no kip, full wide grip pull ups. I'm starting to feel better about doing these without harming my shoulder.
