Burpee Challenge Day 27
This was rough. Being sick, Manmakers, everything. I was pouring sweat today. I went until I couldn't move. I could barely lift my arms up to get my keys after. This took a lot longer than I expected - I wanted to quit on my 3rd set of Manmaker/Double Unders but I wrote down 5 sets and I was going to do 5 sets.
Some guy stopped me outside the gym and asked how many of "those jump push up things" I do every day so I explained what they were and about the burpee challenge and he just said "Wow". I explained Manmakers to him and he said there was no way he could do those - I told him to start with less weight.
This may be my last time at the gym until school is done. I really need to focus on this to complete my education. I'm going to still do the Burpee Challenge and some lighter, faster workouts at home, but I just don't have enough hours in the day.
