This workout sucked. I modified this off another workout I found. I increased the weights and added exercises to it. This really was one of the toughest workouts I have made up. The 5 pull ups were slow, strict, wide grip pull ups. I really am trying to do these more and chin ups less. The 2x5 ring dips at the end were showing others in the gym.
