Last 2 sets of Push Press I did strict shoulder press as the weight was too light
Did 5# more on kb swing than rx'd
Should not have done these deadlifts 2 days after doing max deadlift
Deck Squats - first time at this weight. Felt good. Legs hurt
First time doing weighted jumping lunges
