It didn't get any better today...

"Diane" - Timed - 10:02 (PR) Lat time I did this was long before this blog and well over 20 minutes. I did forehead to deck on EVERY HSPU.

Crossfit - Timed - 29:00(ish) (PR by almost 4 minutes) - clock stopped at 26 seconds. Added Peter's workout time to my watch when I restarted and added a minute. Last time I did this workout was in August

Burpee Challenge Day 13

I felt really weak on my first Deadlift today. I wasn't sure I was going to make it through everything. I'm really happy with my times but know I have room for improvement. It was good to get Diane done again - Something new. Yesterday's "Reverse Burpees" really inspired me to push my handstand push ups a bit. I was doing 6 reps in a row through the last set and I really worked to make sure my head hit the ground on every rep.

The second part of the workout was interesting to do timed, since "Diane" had just worked Thrusters (pull ups), and Dead lifts (back extensions) - so half of the workout was done with added weight. I think I had 5 minutes in between. I think with rest, fuel and no "Diane" I can push this workout below 25 right now.

Burpee challenge and rest tomorrow.
