This hurt. This was the first time I have put all these together in one workout. This is the heaviest I have ever done Push Jerks. My arm and shoulder were really feeling this from round 2 on. I had to keep stopping on the Cleans to stretch my shoulder out. I fell really good today, I'm glad I didn't stop.
