50 Situps on Plyo ball
50 Decline Pushups, feet @ 4' bar (did not break set!)
50 Lunges (total, not per side)
50 Bench dips - feet on other bench (did not break set!)
50 Squats
50 Russian twists w/ 10kg (22#) weight on Plyo ball
50 Military Press w/ 2x 10kg (22#) dumbbells
50 Rows @ 10 on machine
50 box jumbs @ 24"
