Alternating Deadlift and Leg Press - all at 10 reps, Leg press numbers are plates

Deadlift: 135, 225, 275, 315, 225, 225
Leg Press: 8, 10, 12, 10,10

135# deadlift was to test the heel
Leg Press is done with heels on platform and toes off to keep my heel from going past 90 degrees, this really worked my glutes and hamstrings as well as my thighs and hips.
