Work up to 5x 185# Split Squat
Work up to 10x 325# Deadlift
2x 135# shrugs + Calf raises


This ends a strange last 2 weeks that saw me travel to Austin, run 2 Spartan events back to back, have a few short weeks for workouts, go for a good ruck with some good people, get sick, recover and get back to it today.
